Arizona State Fair Concert Series

We highlighted the State Fair last Friday, but there are SO many cool things happening this year we couldn’t stop there.

In addition to all the fun rides, yummy food, smelly (but cute) animals – there is tons of great music!!

The State fair always great musical acts to entertain all of us fair goers, and this year is no exception. Did you know that ALL concerts are FREE when you pay to get into the fair?! That’s right you can see groups like -

Take a Break!!

These days everyone is working very hard, but we still need to take a break every once in a while! It will help refresh and refocus you for the rest of your day.
Here are some great ideas -

**Stretch – get your blood flowing and loosen up your muscles.

**Take a short walk – around your office or outside.

 **Have a snack – refueling can help your concentration and your metabolism.

**Walk away from your computer – it is good for your mind, body and eyes to take a break from your computer every 45 minutes to an hour.

**Breathe – Stop what you are doing and take 10 deep inhales and exhales. It will help relieve stress and relax you!

Oh, it’s that time of year again – the weather is getting cooler, pumpkin patches are popping up around the valley, people are actually going outside again – and you know what that means, it’s State Fair time!!!!

We don’t know about you, but we love the State Fair commercials  - especially  the one where Martha Midway eats her crazy pink, cotton candy hair. :)

The Arizona State Fair is back and opening its doors to the valley today!! Enjoy $1 admission today from Noon until 5 pm.

The Fair is here until Nov 4th, closed on Monday’s and Tuesday’s. Be sure to check out their website for times, parking info, and great deals on admission prices.

Fried cheesecake, turkey legs, funnel cakes, crazy rides, great concerts, fun games, and more are waiting for you all at the Arizona State Fair!!
